我是一个社会学家，主要研究低收入者（非精英阶层，尤其是农村务工人员和学生）如何使用高科技通讯手段解决面临的问题和改变生活方式。帮助其他人群深入了解低收入者，并改变对他们的偏见。同时我也在针对研究对象的人机工程设计方面，向企业提供咨询服务。我也帮助企业建立全面的数字媒体战略。
